1. Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.
2. Processing & Delivery Estimates
We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Because our products are made to order, please note the specific timelines for different items:
Posters
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping Time: 4–10 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–15 business days
Mugs & All Other Products
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days
- Shipping Time: 2–5 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Order Fulfillment
Order processing begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you have ordered multiple items (e.g., a poster and a mug), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
rymemories.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rymemories.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods while we process your claim.
